Jeff Wright has his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, but fell in love with the personal computer early in his career. He has experiences that have taken him around the world and had him writing software, debugging databases, and supporting both large and small systems. He loves the diversity and demands of onsite technical support, and his “calling” has always been to help folks with their computer issues. |
Richard Southam has a System Analyst Diploma from Royal Roads University and 9 years of IT experience. He grew up with computers and has always enjoyed working with technology. Richard has worked in many office environments, including spending two years at the Department of National Defense. He enjoys being out in the field meeting new people and helping them remove the stresses that technology can bring. |

Sharon Dean is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a graduate of UVic's Application and Management of Information Technologies (AMIT) Program. She has been involved in the computer industry for 30 years and currently specializes in business consulting, database development and web site design. Sharon's unique combination of business and project management, systems development, technical documentation and IT experience allow her to build effective solutions for our clients. |
Louise FitzPatrick supports both our Teky Team and our clients by orchestrating everything. Throughout her career, Louise has always helped folks get things done: from confused customers to challenging coworkers. Louise once won the "Calm Under Pressure" award that recognized her dedication, warmth and calm demenour. |
